Luxuries: All material and furniture have been chosen with our own home in mind and are of high quality. There is nothing at Villa Katerina that we would not use, trust and enjoy ourselves.
We sincerely hope to meet you expectations and that you will treat Villa Katerina as your own home too.

Rooms: 3 bedrooms. 2 of them with double beds, 1 of them with 2 individual beds
Indoors:
- Each one of the 3 bedrooms has, apart from beds, a double closet and a side table or two. The 2 complete bathrooms (w.c. and shower) also have a small storage area under the sink.
- The living room has a 3 seat white sofa and 2 individual seat white sofas with a modern coffee table
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, a washing machine and a cooker. There is enough china, utensils and material to cook and be the perfect host to 12 persons for breakfast, lunch or diner, on regular or special occasions.
Indoor extras:
- 1 “king” sandwich maker
- 1 “king” cordless kettle
- 1 iron and ironing board
Outdoors:
- Villa Katerina has its own garden which can be accessed from the main entrance or from one of the rooms.
- There is a beautiful stone terrace accessed from the living room and with enough space for the barbecue and 8 persons to be seated comfortably.
- Leading from the upstairs room there is a wooden terrace with the same comfortable dimensions as the stone terrace.
- The top floor which can be used as an additional terrace will be the perfect point from which to admire the sunset sitting on the bean bags.
- Villa Katerina’s furniture is comprised of a 6 to 8 seat teak table from Indonesia with its respective 8 teak chairs. The table and the chairs are foldable.
- 1 parasol with base, to be used on its own or with the teak table.
Outdoor extras:
- 6 blue bean bags to enjoy while in the garden or terraces
- 1 outdoor side table
- 1 Barbecue
- 1 foldable hanger to dry clothes/swimwear outdoors

• As you would do at home, please close doors and windows whenever you leave Villa Katerina.
• Our guests are kindly requested to smoke outside of the house, on the terraces or garden.
• Please do not leave the furniture out in the rain.

All quality bed linen and towels are included. Guest are kindly requested to bring their own beach/pool towels.
